In the early 1950's, a key grip at Paramount Studios by the name of Tex Jackson
decided to create a company that would benefit the Motion Picture Industry.
Castex Rentals was founded
in 1953 and is now run by his son Bill Jackson. The company
has grown to the customer's advantage and now offers a
variety of grip, production, lighting and special effects
equipment as well as a large selection of expendable items.
The experience we have gained is to your benefit; our
loaders and management team communicate with you,the
consumer, so we can keep up with your needs. We are aware
that not all productions are easy, however, our friendly
staff is willing to work with you to make your production a
complete success. Castex Rentals is one of the few major rental houses that offers to load and tie off your equipment. Treating everyone as we would like to be treated is our number one priority.
